 It all began back in 2011 just before my 16th birthday...

I was a skinny, shy and unhappy kid. I lacked self confidence and wasn't happy with the person that I saw when I looked in the mirror. I wanted to fit into bigger clothes, just like the other guys that I knew. I wanted to impress the the women that I spoke to. Most of all, I just wanted to fit in and wanted people to notice me.

The idea of getting in shape and building my body from scratch was born. I attacked the gym with everything that I had in the hopes of me finally getting my body in shape. 

Months went by and my results were amazing, however, once I approached the 4 months mark, things seemed to stall. I wasn't making great progress like I did when I just started out. My motivation levels dropped and I wasn't as invested in my health any longer. Then it hit me: There is so much more to fitness than just going to the gym...

I have spent the last 9 years of my life learning and implementing different approaches to health and fitness, both in my life as well as the lives of my clients. Creating new training experiences while working closely with the development of their mental health has proven to be a recipe for success. 

So many times I have heard people say: "I wish I had a body like yours" and I always asked myself: " Why would people say that when the body they want so badly is standing right in front of them when they look in the mirror, all they have to do is reach out and grab it..."






I didn't always think like that. I too was once in shoes very similar to the pair you find yourself in today.

Truth be told, it took me 9 years worth of learning to design my coaching programs as they are today. Be it personal one-on-one coaching, online coaching or my latest mentoring course, I teach each person who signs up with me 3 fundamentals of fitness which helped me get the body and life that I wanted. These 3 fundamentals are:

1. Mindset - it doesn't matter how great your fitness plan might be or your motivation to workout and get in great shape. If you want to make a huge difference in your life you have to start with the mind.

2. Simplicity - If you're just starting off and looking to build a great body, you need a plan tailored to your needs, not that of a professional athlete or fitness coach.

3. The diet is one of the most crucial elements in any successful plan. It's what draws the line between those who get results and those who make huge changes which are worth talking about.




What started off as a personal journey quickly led to me helping others along the way. I have presently helped 1000's of people just like you and I to build their dream bodies and take control of their lives.
